Next weekend we’ll be taking part in Luminosity – New Wine’s version of Soul Survivor, which is an exciting programme for 11 to 18 year olds including challenges, workshops on subjects such as mental well being, leadership, and social media, a Soul Survivor style ‘evening celebration’ every night with live worship and inspirational speakers talking about different aspects of Christian faith. These will be followed by all important after parties, and much much more. Go to weareluminosity.org for more information, but here is how we will be taking part as a youth group:
Breakfasts and Evening Celebrations.
We will meet for breakfast at 10am every morning as a youth group (starting from Friday 31st) to chat and have fun. Then in the evenings at 7:15pm (Starting from Thursday 30th) will will watch the evening celebration together. We will do this via zoom, and keep one constant zoom link for the whole event. On Monday, the celebration is at the earlier time of 9am, so we will watch this together while eating breakfast. Zoom links will be available to members before the event starts next week. If you are not yet a member and would like to take part, please go to the ‘get involved’ page to join, or contact us for more info.
Will take place on Google Meet: 1.30pm & 2.30pm on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
